Founded in 1987, Marina Sirras & Associates LLC (MS&A) is a women-owned and operated business that provides recruitment services to law firms and corporations in the United States as well as internationally. Our counselors have been involved in the recruitment industry collectively for more than forty years. In addition, MS&A is an active member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC) and Marina Sirras is President of its Board of Directors.
